Ingredients:

- Prepare batter
- Grind soaked urad dal (and moong dal if the usage of) right into a smooth paste with minimal water. Add salt, cumin, and hing.
- Fry bhallas
- Take a kadhai, heat oil in it. Put one spoonful of batter in the hot oil , deep fry until golden and turn fluffy.
- Soak bhallas
- Put bhallas in warm water for some time, then remove extra water by squeezing lightly.
- Prepare yogurt
- Whisk dahi until smooth ,add sugar and a pinch of salt .
- Assemble dish
- Arrange bhallas in a bowl. Pour dahi , red chutney and green chutney.
- Garnish
- Add chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala. Top with coriander and pomegranate .
