Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare batter
    • Grind soaked urad dal (and moong dal if the usage of) right into a smooth paste with minimal water. Add salt, cumin, and hing.
  2. Fry bhallas

  3. Soak bhallas

  5. Assemble dish
    • Arrange bhallas in a bowl. Pour dahi , red chutney and green chutney.
  6. Garnish
    • Add chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala. Top with coriander and pomegranate .
