  1. Soak & peel badam
    • Soak the almonds in water for 30 min. Now remove the skin and grind it with small amount of milk .
  2. Cook almond paste
    • Take a pan and add the almond paste in heat ghee. Cook it on medium flame till the ghee is separated from the halwa.
  3. Add sugar & saffron
    • Take warm milk. In this add saffron and sugar. Mix it well to avoid any kind of lumps.
  4. Adding cardamom
    • Add cardamom powder and mix it well .
  5. Garnish for serving
    • Place on top of halwa , spread chopped pistachios and almonds. Serve hot for pleasant flavor.
