
Badam Halwa is an Indian dessert . It is made with almonds, with flavors of saffron, ghee, sugar and cardamom. It has melt-in-the-mouth texture and nutty .

Instructions:
- Soak & peel badam
- Soak the almonds in water for 30 min. Now remove the skin and grind it with small amount of milk .
- Cook almond paste
- Take a pan and add the almond paste in heat ghee. Cook it on medium flame till the ghee is separated from the halwa.
- Add sugar & saffron
- Take warm milk. In this add saffron and sugar. Mix it well to avoid any kind of lumps.
- Adding cardamom
- Add cardamom powder and mix it well .
- Garnish for serving
- Place on top of halwa , spread chopped pistachios and almonds. Serve hot for pleasant flavor.
