A favorite North Indian street food that combines crispy papdi (fried flour crackers) with tangy chutney, cold yogurt and spices - Papadi Chaat. It's the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory ,a must-have for festive gatherings, parties, or an evening treat.

Method:

  1. Preparing the base:
    • Arrange the papdis neatly on a serving plate.
  2. Layer with filling:
    • Place potato and chickpea on each papdi.
  3. Adding the chutneys :
    • Add tamarind chutney and green chutney for that sweet-spicy taste.
  4. Top with curd:
    • Spoon curd over the papdi to balance the taste.
  5. Adding Spices :
    • For good flavor ,spices bring an important role in chat, here chat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, and black salt we need to sprinkle on papdi chat.
  6. Garnish:
    • To finish, add chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander and sev.
  7. Serve it immediately:
    • Serve Papdi chat just after finishing the preparation. It taste great if it is crunchy.
