Method:
- Take a pan, heat ghee in it and roast semolina until golden and aromatic.
- Take another pan, mix jaggery in water and boil.
- Now slowly add the jaggery water to the roasted semolina, stir continuously .
- Cook until the mixture thickens .
- Now, add cardamom powder and nuts. Mix nicely.
- Serve warm.
