Method:

  1. Take a pan, heat ghee in it and roast semolina until golden and aromatic.
  2. Take another pan, mix jaggery in water and boil.
  3. Now slowly add the jaggery water to the roasted semolina, stir continuously .
  4. Cook until the mixture thickens .
  5. Now, add cardamom powder and nuts. Mix nicely.
  6. Serve warm.
