
Mawa Paratha is a festive Indian flatbread full of sweetened khoya (mawa). Crisp on the out of doors and wealthy inner, it’s a traditional treat often organized at some point of Holi, Diwali, or special own family gatherings.

- Preparing the dough
- Mix wheat flour with ghee, add water , and knead into a tender dough. Rest for 15–20 mins.
- Make the filling
- Combine crumbled khoya, sugar, nuts, and cardamom powder into a sweet amixture.
- Stuff the parathas
- Divide dough into quantities, roll into discs, location filling inside the center, fold edges, and seal. Roll gently into parathas.
- Cook the parathas
- Take a tawa, cook parathas with ghee till golden brown .
- Serve
- Serve hot.
