- Prepare the dry fruits
- To prepare the ladoos, first we need to prepare all dry fruits. Dates and figs should be finely chopped .
- Almonds, cashews, walnuts, and pistachios should chopped roughly .
- Roasting the nuts
- Now, time to roast all the chopped nuts. Take pan, heat it and dry roast all nuts until light golden.
- Set aside.
- Cook the dates & figs
- Now, in the same pan, add some ghee. Add dates and figs in the pan. Fry for some time.
- Combine
- Add roasted nuts, raisins, desiccated coconut, and elaichi powder quickly . Take out everything in a big bowl. Mix everything till combined.
- Shape the ladoos
- While warm, roll the mixture into small ladoos. Allow them to cool and set.
