  1. Prepare the dry fruits
    • To prepare the ladoos, first we need to prepare all dry fruits. Dates and figs should be finely chopped . 
    •  Almonds, cashews, walnuts, and pistachios should chopped roughly .
  2. Roasting the nuts
    • Now, time to roast all the chopped nuts. Take pan, heat it and dry roast all nuts until light golden. 
    • Set aside.
  3. Cook the dates & figs
    • Now, in the same pan, add some ghee. Add dates and figs in the pan. Fry for some time.
  4. Combine
    • Add roasted nuts, raisins, desiccated coconut, and elaichi powder quickly . Take out everything in a big bowl. Mix everything till combined.
  5. Shape the ladoos
    • While warm, roll the mixture into small ladoos. Allow them to cool and set.
