- Preparing the masala base
- Take a pan, heat oil in it. Once the oil is heated, add onions and fry till golden brown color.
- Add in garlic ginger paste and cook for some time.
- Add tomatoes & spices
- Now add tomatoes puree and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
- After that put all powder spices like haldi , Kolhapuri Masala , and chili . Sauté for 2–3 minutes .
- Cook the chicken
- In masala base add chicken and mix it together and cook it for 10-15 minutes.
- After cooking it for some time add water and cook it on low flame. Wait till gravy becomes thick.
- Garnish & Final Touch
- Add salt as per your taste and spread coriander to garlic it warm.
