Method:

  1. Preparing the masala base
    • Take a pan, heat oil in it. Once the oil is heated, add onions and fry till golden brown color.
    • Add in garlic ginger paste and cook for some time.
  2. Add tomatoes & spices
    • Now add tomatoes puree and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
    • After that put all powder spices like haldi , Kolhapuri Masala , and chili . Sauté for 2–3 minutes .
  3. Cook the chicken
    • In masala base add chicken and mix it together and cook it for 10-15 minutes. 
    • After cooking it for some time add water and cook it on low flame. Wait till gravy becomes thick.
  4. Garnish & Final Touch
    • Add salt as per your taste and spread coriander to garlic it warm.
