Churma Ladoo is a dish from Rajasthan, prepared during festivals . It is made with whole wheat flour, ghee, jaggery and cardamom. These ladoos are rich, healthy . Perfect for a festive thali or gift, they have the essence of tradition in every bite.

- Preparing the dough
- To make a tight dough, take a bowl, put wheat flour, semolina , ghee and mix all together. Slowly add water to prepare it.
- Shape and fry
- Make small balls from the dough . Put one by one to fry in ghee on low flame until golden brown and crispy.
- Making the churma
- To make churma, first cool the fried balls, then break them into a coarse powder. Sieve if the powder is very coarse.
- Sweeten
- Take ghee in a pan, add jaggery and melt it. Add churma powder, cardamom, coconut and dry fruits in the jaggery.
- Shapen
- Shape into a round balls when slightly hot. Garnish the ladoos with chopped nuts as decoration .
