- Take a heavy bottomed pan, heat ghee in it . Fry gum (gond) until it puffs up. Remove and crush fried gum.
- In the same ghee, roast flour on low flame till golden brown color and fragrant. This step is vital for the nutty taste.
- Now, add all nuts and seeds like chopped nuts, poppy seeds, melon seeds, , flax seeds, and desiccated coconut. Roast till they release aroma.
- Now, to sweeten , mix powdered sugar or jaggery, cardamom powder, and nutmeg. Stir to mix.
- Finally, add the crushed gond and mix the entire mixture.
- Allow the mixture to cool , then keep in an air proof box.
