Creamy Oats Pudding Recipe - Healthy Delight

Oats Pudding

Introduction:

 Oat pudding transforms gentle oats to velvet, dessert-style snacks or snacks that are both comfortable and nutritious. Slow-Simmering rolled oats in milk offer a lucious texture, while the sign of vanilla and hot spices enhances each spoon. Prepare in less than 20 minutes, this simple recipe is endlessly acceptable - heat it with a cold morning or cool with fresh fruit for summer treatment.

 Method:

  1. In medium saucepan, pour milk and stir in saffron strands (if used). Bring a gentle simmer to medium heat.  
  2. Add the oats into the pan. Cook for around 5-8 minutes until  the oats are cooked .  
  3. Now, add maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon and cardamom. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is properly mixed . Turn off the heat.
  4. Let the pudding rest for 2 minutes to thicken .
  5. Pour  the oats  pudding into bowls .Garnish with nuts, berries, or sliced banana. Serve hot or cold.

Serving instructions:

  • Add excess maple syrup and cinnamon dusting .
  • Level with yogurt and granola for perfection . 
  • Top with Poached Fruit .  
  • Stir in the the walnut butter or chocolate spread.  

 Tips and Variety:

  • Use coconut milk and top with toasted coconut flakes , for vegan boost,.  
  • Turn it into oats overnight: combine ingredients (except garnish) in a jar, refrigerator for 6-8 hours, then stir and serve cold.  
  • Whisk in 1-2 tablespoons cocoa powder during step 3 for  Chocolate lovers .  
  • Shake 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt and make it extra creamy, before serving.
