Introduction:

 Indulge in this layered, chilled dessert drink that’s both refreshing and sweet. Falooda is a conventional Indian treat combining  milk, aromatic rose syrup, smooth vermicelli (falooda sev), chewy basil (sabja) seeds, vibrant jelly, and a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream to pinnacle all of it off.

 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Milk:  
    • In a saucepan, blend milk and sugar. Allow the sugar to dissolve absolutely through lightly heating the milk. 
    • For richer flavor, simmer the milk till it slightly thickens, then rest it in the refrigerator.
  2. Soak Sabja Seeds:  
    • Place the sabja seeds in a small bowl with enough water to amplify them.
    • Let sit down for 20 to half-hour, then drain any excess water the usage of a quality strainer.
  3. Cook Falooda Sev:  
    • Take a pot,bring a pot of water to a boil and add the falooda sev. Cook as per the bundle   5-7 minutes) until soft . 
    • Drain the water and rinse with cold water; set apart.
  4. Layer the Falooda:  
    • Using tall serving glasses, start by a layer of jelly at the bottom. Next, sprinkle the soaked sabja seeds, followed  a layer of falooda sev.
    •  Drizzle the rose syrup over the layers.
  5. Assemble the Drink:  
    • Slowly pour the chilled milk over the layers . 
    • Add  a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream in  each glass .
  6. Garnish and Serve:  
    1. Finally, garnish with chopped nuts and more than one glazed cherries.
    2. Serve immediately for the high-quality texture and flavor evaluation.

 Serving Suggestions:
