- In a bowl and add figs.
- Add water and leave it for 30 minutes till figs become soft. After they are soaked and become soft, remove water from it. Using a blender, make a smooth paste of it.
- Roast the dry fruits:
- Take a pan, add little ghee. Fry the nuts in it until aromatic. Chop them roughly.
- Cook the combination:
- Heat ghee in a pan, add the fig paste and dates. Stir continuously until the aggregate thickens.
- Add taste:
- Mix in cardamom powder and honey. Stir properly.
- Include nuts:
- Transfer the mixture to the mixing bowl.
- Now, add roasted nuts. Mix everything together well. Add some ghee if needed.
- Set the barfi:
- Set it in a grease tray. Cool a little and cut into your desired shape.
