 Step by Step instructions:

  1. Preparing the figs: 
    • In a bowl and add figs.
    • Add water and leave it for 30 minutes till figs become soft. After they are soaked and become soft, remove water from it.  Using a blender, make a smooth  paste of it.  
  2. Roast the dry fruits:
    • Take  a pan, add little ghee. Fry the nuts in it until aromatic. Chop them roughly.  
  3. Cook the combination: 
    • Heat ghee in a pan, add the fig paste and dates. Stir continuously until the aggregate thickens.  
  4. Add taste: 
    • Mix in cardamom powder and honey. Stir properly.  
  5. Include  nuts: 
    • Transfer the  mixture to the mixing bowl.  
    • Now, add roasted nuts. Mix everything together well. Add some ghee if needed.  
  6. Set the barfi: 
    • Set it in a grease tray. Cool a little and cut into your desired shape. 
  7. Cut and serve: 
    • Once set, reduce into squares or diamonds. Garnish with silver leaf .
