Instructions:

  1. Preparation of Masala base
    • Take a pan, heat oil in it. Add cumin , and let them splutter. Add onions and fry till golden brown color.
  2. Add spices
    • Add gg paste and green chili. Add tomato , turmeric, red chili , and coriander . Cook till oil separates.
  3. Cook vegetables
    • Now we add vegetables like carrots, capsicum, and beans. Cook on high heat for 5–7 minutes .
  4. Add paneer
    • Add some paneer , sprinkle garam masala.
  5. Finish
    • To finish the dish, put coriander leaves .
