Instructions:

  1. Tomatoes Preparation
    • Boil the water and add the tomatoes in it. Now wait for 2-3 min. After 2-3 min of cooking remove put the tomatoes in cold water to peel the skin to make puree.
  2. Sauté
    • Take a pan, heat olive oil in it. Add garlic and onion , fry until golden color.
  3. Add tomatoes
    • Add tomato puree, cook for 5–7 mins.
  4. Season
    • Now, add oregano, basil, chili , sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Simmer
    • Cook on low warmth for 10–12 minutes till thickened.
  6. Cool and store
    • Let sauce cool. Store in airtight jars .
