- Tomatoes Preparation
- Boil the water and add the tomatoes in it. Now wait for 2-3 min. After 2-3 min of cooking remove put the tomatoes in cold water to peel the skin to make puree.
- Sauté
- Take a pan, heat olive oil in it. Add garlic and onion , fry until golden color.
- Add tomatoes
- Add tomato puree, cook for 5–7 mins.
- Season
- Now, add oregano, basil, chili , sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Simmer
- Cook on low warmth for 10–12 minutes till thickened.
- Cool and store
- Let sauce cool. Store in airtight jars .
