- Prepare batter
- Firstly prepare batter, mix corn flour, all purpose flour, soy sauce, ginger‑garlic paste, pepper, and salt with water .
- Coat mushrooms
- Dip mushroom into the batter and coat lightly.
- Deep fry
- Take a pan, heat oil and add mushrooms to fry . To remove extra oil use tissue paper.
- Vegetable Prepare
- In a pan heat the oil and add capsicum, onions, and spring onions. Stir fry it for 2–3 mins.
- Make sauce
- Add tomato ketchup ,soy sauce, , chili sauce, and salt. Mix properly.
- Thicken sauce
- Now to thicken the gravy, add corn flour slurry. Cook till the sauce thickens .
- Combine
- In the sauce toss the fried mushrooms.
- Garnish
- To serve spread spring onions on top. Make sure it is hot.
