Instructions:

  1. Prepare batter
    • Firstly prepare batter, mix corn flour, all purpose flour, soy sauce, ginger‑garlic paste, pepper, and salt with water .
  2. Coat mushrooms
    • Dip mushroom into the batter and coat lightly.
  3. Deep fry
    • Take a pan, heat oil and add mushrooms to fry . To remove extra oil use tissue paper.
  4. Vegetable Prepare
    • In a pan heat the oil and add capsicum, onions, and spring onions. Stir fry it for 2–3 mins.
  5. Make sauce
    • Add tomato ketchup ,soy sauce, , chili sauce, and salt. Mix properly.
  6. Thicken sauce
    • Now to thicken the gravy, add corn flour slurry. Cook till the sauce thickens .
  7. Combine
    • In the sauce toss the fried mushrooms.
  8. Garnish
    • To serve spread spring onions on top. Make sure it is hot.
