Banana sheera is an Indian halwa prepared during festivals and religious offerings. The ripe bananas adds sweetness, creamy texture making it a nutritious dessert for everyone.

Instructions:

  1. Roast Semolina
    • Take a pan ,heat ghee , add semolina to it and fry on low flame till light golden.
  2. Add bananas
    • After the semolina is roasted, add mashed bananas. and fry for 1-2 minutes until it is mixed with semolina.
  3. Add liquid
    • Now, slowly add milk or water, stir to remove lumps.
  4. Cook
    • Cook on low flame for some minutes .
  5. Sweeten
    • Now add sugar and elaichi powder .
  6. Garnish
    • Take a small pan, heat ghee ,fry kaju and raisins in ghee. Then add to the sheera before serving.
