
Banana sheera is an Indian halwa prepared during festivals and religious offerings. The ripe bananas adds sweetness, creamy texture making it a nutritious dessert for everyone.

- Roast Semolina
- Take a pan ,heat ghee , add semolina to it and fry on low flame till light golden.
- Add bananas
- After the semolina is roasted, add mashed bananas. and fry for 1-2 minutes until it is mixed with semolina.
- Add liquid
- Now, slowly add milk or water, stir to remove lumps.
- Cook
- Cook on low flame for some minutes .
- Sweeten
- Now add sugar and elaichi powder .
- Garnish
- Take a small pan, heat ghee ,fry kaju and raisins in ghee. Then add to the sheera before serving.
