Method:

  1. Roast the sooji:
    • Take a pan ,heat it and dry roast the sooji on low flame. Roast till it turns light golden and aromatic. Keep aside.
  2. Fry nuts and raisins:
    • In the same pan, add ghee and fry cashews until golden, then add raisins .
  3. Mix sugar and cardamom:
    • Blend sugar with cardamom powder.
  4. Combine :
    1. Add roasted semolina, fried nuts, and sugar mixture. Mix properly.
  5. Bind the ladoos:
    • Sprinkle warm milk little by little and shape the mixture into small round ladoos when the mixture is warm.
  6. Cool and store:
    • Allow them to set. Store in an hermetic box.
