Method:

  1. Take green mangoes, wash and remove the peel. Then cut into pieces.
  2. Now, add mango, dhaniya, mint, chilies, ginger, and garlic in a blender .
  3. Also, add roasted cumin seeds, salt, and jaggery.
  4. Blend till soft , add water for desired consistency.
  5. Taste and modify seasoning.
  6. Put in a jar and store for up to 4-5 days in the fridge .
