Introduction:
Green mango chutney is a tangy, spicy, and most loved chutney. It is made with raw mangoes, spices, and some herbs, this chutney gives a burst of taste. Its refreshing flavor makes it a summer season favorite, at the same time as has nutritional advantages.

Method:
- Take green mangoes, wash and remove the peel. Then cut into pieces.
- Now, add mango, dhaniya, mint, chilies, ginger, and garlic in a blender .
- Also, add roasted cumin seeds, salt, and jaggery.
- Blend till soft , add water for desired consistency.
- Taste and modify seasoning.
- Put in a jar and store for up to 4-5 days in the fridge .
