
Schezwan Sauce is a spicy , flavorful Indo-Chinese condiment. It is known for its bold flavor and has versatile uses. This sauce is made from red chilies, garlic, ginger, and a little vinegar, this sauce gives instant zest to noodles, fried rice, snacks, and sandwiches.

Method:
- First take hot water in a bowl ,add red chilies for 20 minutes. Then blend the soaked chillies into a smooth paste.
- Take a pan, heat oil , sauté garlic, ginger, and onion till aromatic.
- Now add chili paste and cook for 3–4 mins.
- Add tomato sauce , soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Add water and cook on low flame until the sauce is thick.
- Cool and store in an airtight jar.
