Method:
- Dough Preparation:
- Take wheat flour, methi leaves, besan, spices and salt in a bowl and mix them weell. Add dahi and oil.
- Knead:
- Add water to form a dough . Rest for 15–20 minutes.
- Roll:
- Divide the dough into small balls. Roll every ball into a thin round disc.
- Cook:
- Heat a tawa . Place the rolled thepla, cook on both sides with a drizzle of oil or ghee until golden brown.
- Serve:
- Enjoy hot thepla with pickle, curd.
