- Roast dals and seeds:
- Take a pan, roast chana dal, urad dal, dhaniya, jeera , fenugreek and sesame.
- Roast Spices:
- Add spices like cinnamon, , cardamom, pepper, and red chilies in the same pan. Roast them.
- Curry Leaves:
- Add curry leaves and poppy seeds also. Roast gently.
- Cool & Grind:
- Allow everything to chill, then grind into a best powder. Add turmeric powder even as grinding.
- Store:
- Keep in an hermetic box. Stays clean for two–three weeks.
