  3. Combine slurry and syrup:
    • Now in the sugar syrup, add the cornflour slurry , stir continuously to avoid any lumps.
  4. Cook with ghee:
    • Add ghee regularly at the same time as stirring. Continue cooking on medium warmness until the aggregate thickens and turns sleek.
  5. Flavor and shade:
    • Add cardamom powder and food color. Mix properly.
  6. Add nuts:
    • For crunch, stir in chopped nuts .
  7. Set the halwa:
    • Transfer to a greased tray, flatten it on the top. Cut into any shape of your choice after it is cool, and its ready to eat.
