Method:
- Take a pan, heat little oil in it. Fry onions till golden brown color.
- Now, add red chilies and garlic, fry for one minute.
- Cool everything. Put the onion base with imli pulp, jaggery, and some salt and grind into a paste.
- To prepare tempering, heat oil, add mustard , urad dal, and curry leaves. Put the tadka over chutney.
- The chutney is ready to be enjoyed.
