Method:

  1. Take a pan, heat little oil in it. Fry onions till golden brown color.
  2. Now, add red chilies and garlic, fry for one minute.
  3. Cool everything. Put the onion base with imli pulp, jaggery, and some salt and grind into a paste.
  4. To prepare tempering, heat oil, add mustard , urad dal, and curry leaves. Put the tadka over chutney.
  5. The chutney is ready to be enjoyed.
