Method:

1. Prepare the filling:
First heat some sesame oil in a pan, sauté garlic . Add green veggies and stir fry for 2–3 mins. Mix in shredded chicken , soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cook until flavors combine. Let it cool.
2. Fill the wrappers: 
Take a wrapper on a flat surface, add 2 tbsp of filling , fold inward, and roll tightly.
To close the spring rolls edges,  apply some slurry.
3. Fry the roll:
On high flame heat the oil in pan. Once oil is heated enough fry the rolls till it turns golden brown. To remove the extra oil use paper towel.
4. Serving:
You can serve the sprig roll with chilli sauce or soya dip.
