Paneer Bhurji Wrap
A fusion of street-style Indian flavors and modern convenience, this paneer bhurji wrap is spicy, satisfying and vegetarian wrap with a desi twist!

Components:

For Paneer Bhurji Filling:

  • 200 grams of Paneer , crumbled
  • 1 tbsp oil or ghee
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt
  • Chopped fresh coriander

For the Wrap:

  • 4 tortillas wraps
  • Butter
  • Chutney or Mayonnaise
  • Sliced onion or lettuce

Instructions:

  1. Making of Paneer Bhurji:
    • Take some oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame and add some jeera. After that, fry the onions and green chillies until golden. 
    • Add tomatoes and cook it till it turns soft. In tomato pure add turmeric, chili powder and salt in it. In final steps add grated paneer and cook for 3-4 minutes.
    •  At the end add garam masala and coriander.
  2. Wraps Making:
    1. In a pan add some butter and add a roti and cook it until it turns slight crispy.
  3. Assemble:
    1. Take wrap and spared chutney or mayonnaise on it. After spreading chutney or mayonnaise add a paneer bhurji. If using, top with onions, lettuce or pickled vegetables. Roll tightly.
  4. Serve:
    1. To serve, cut the paneer wrap in half and serve it hot with sauce or a side salad.
