
A fusion of street-style Indian flavors and modern convenience, this paneer bhurji wrap is spicy, satisfying and vegetarian wrap with a desi twist!
Components:
For Paneer Bhurji Filling:
- 200 grams of Paneer , crumbled
- 1 tbsp oil or ghee
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 green chilli
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt
- Chopped fresh coriander
For the Wrap:
- 4 tortillas wraps
- Butter
- Chutney or Mayonnaise
- Sliced onion or lettuce
Instructions:
- Making of Paneer Bhurji:
- Take some oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame and add some jeera. After that, fry the onions and green chillies until golden.
- Add tomatoes and cook it till it turns soft. In tomato pure add turmeric, chili powder and salt in it. In final steps add grated paneer and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- At the end add garam masala and coriander.
- Wraps Making:
- In a pan add some butter and add a roti and cook it until it turns slight crispy.
- Assemble:
- Take wrap and spared chutney or mayonnaise on it. After spreading chutney or mayonnaise add a paneer bhurji. If using, top with onions, lettuce or pickled vegetables. Roll tightly.
- Serve:
- To serve, cut the paneer wrap in half and serve it hot with sauce or a side salad.
