Kadhai Mushroom is a one of the most loved North Indian dish .The phrase kadhai is a traditional wok used in Indian kitchens, where freshly ground masalas are tossed with veggies to create a dish that’s both hearty and fragrant. Mushrooms have a earthy flavor, pair with onions, tomatoes, and capsicum, making this recipe an excellent vegetarian dish.

Method:
- Take a pan, heat it and dry roast coriander , cumin seeds, and dried red chilies until fragrant. Allow the roasted spices to cool , then grind them right into a nice powder. This is the signature kadhai masala. It can be used in any kadhai masala recipes.
- Take a kadhai, heat oil in it. Add onions and fry until golden brown. Add the ginger garlic paste and cook .
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften .
- In cooked tomato ,add turmeric powder, red chili powder and kadhai masala.
- Add mushrooms, capsicum, and green chilies. Stir the veggies with the masala. Cook on medium heat till mushrooms release their moisture .
- Finally in prepared item add some more garam masala, salt, and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
