Homemade digestive churan -traditional Ayurvedic spice mixture known for its gut friendly magic.

This aromatic mixture of spices is designed to ignite your digestive fire , relieve gas and balance your gut, in Ayurvedic wisdom. You can sprinkle it on food or take it with warm water, it is an easy, natural way to support digestion.

Components:

  • 1 teaspoon asafoetida - Star ingredient, known for reducing gas and bloating
  • 2 tablespoons cumin - accelerates the enzyme secretion and relieves indigestion
  • 2 tablespoons coriander seeds - cooling and anti inflammatory
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed - sweet, pleasant and great for bloating
  • 1 teaspoon dry ginger powder - accelerates digestion and fight nausea
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper - enhances absorption and metabolism
  • 1 teaspoon rock salt - Balance electrolytes and aids digestion
  • 1 tsp Carom Seed (Ajwain) - Powerful Carminative and Antacid

Instructions:

  1. Take a pan. Dry roast the whole spice (cumin, coriander, fennel, carom) separately on low heat. This activates their essential oils.

  4. Take an airtight glass jars, store in it . Keep it away from moisture and sunlight.
