Method:

  1. Take a pan, heat oil in it. Once the oil is heated, add onions and fry till golden brown color.
  2. Add in garlic ginger paste, chilli and cook for some time.
  3. Now, add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili , and salt. Cook till tomatoes are soft.
  4. Break the eggs without delay into the pan and stir constantly on medium warmness.
  5.  Cook till eggs are mixed nicely with the masala.
  6. Add coriander leaves and some garam masala .
  7. Egg bhurji is ready, serve with warm rotis.
