- Now, add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili , and salt. Cook till tomatoes are soft.
- Break the eggs without delay into the pan and stir constantly on medium warmness.
- Cook till eggs are mixed nicely with the masala.
- Add coriander leaves and some garam masala .
- Egg bhurji is ready, serve with warm rotis.
