Step 1: Prepare the Pakodas
- Take a bowl, mix gram flour, onion, chilli,ajwain and salt .
- To make pakora batter , make add water slowly and mix together.
- Heat oil and add spoonful of batter in it. Fry all till it turns golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel and keep aside.
Step 2: Make the Kadhi
- Take another bowl to prepare a mixture for kadhi. Mix curd with gram flour, haldi ,red chilli powder and salt. Add water and whisk until smooth watery consistency is achieved.
- Now take kadhai, heat ghee , add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli, curry leaves and hing.
- Add curd mixture and boil.
- Cook kadhi on low flame for 30-40 minutes. Cook until the kadhi becomes thick , stir continuously in between.
- Add the pakodas to the kadhi .
Step 3:Rice Preparation
- In water ,add the rice and wash it properly. After that soak it for 15 min.
- To cook the rice ,add the rice in boiling water with pinch of salt.
