- Preheat and Preparation
- Preheat oven over 175'C and take a muffin pan, grease it, place butter paper in it.
- Cookie Dough
- Beat sugar and butter together till fluffy .Take flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl ,to prepare cookie dough. Whisk egg and vanilla in a separate bowl. Add the egg mixture, remaining dry ingredients and chocolate chips into the flour. Make dough with combining everything together.
- Shape & Bake
- Into each muffin mould, put 1 spoon of cookie dough . Press lightly to shape a cup shape. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes till cooked and golden .
- Indent the Cups
- While warm, press the center down with the back of a spoon to create a cavity nicely. Cool fully .
- Prepare Vanilla Frosting
- To prepare Vanilla Frosting, whisk butter until it is creamy . Add powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and salt . Whisk to make it smooth and fluffy.
- Decorate
- Cool the cookie cups, then fill the frosting . It can be garnished with mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, or caramel drizzle .
