Components:
- 2 Cup Makhana (Fox Nuts/Lotus Seeds)
- 1/2 cup raw peanuts
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt (rock salt)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 4 tsp red chili powder (optional)
- A pinch of mango or dry mango powder (optional )
- Fresh curry leaves
Method:
- Take a pan and roast the peanuts until golden and crispy. Keep them on one side
- In the same pan, add ghee and fry on the low flame until crispy (about 6-8 minutes).
- Add the roasted peanuts back, sprinkle salt, pepper and chili powder. Toss well.
- Add a touch of amchur and curry leaves.
- Allow it to cool down completely before storing in airtight container.
