Ingredients
For the Noodles:
- 200g Hakka noodles (dried)
- 4 cups water (for boiling)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vegetable oil (for boiling)
For the Stir Fry:
- 2 tbsp vegetable or sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1-2 green chillies, slit or finely chopped (regulate to taste)
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 medium capsicum (bell pepper), thinly sliced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- sixty eight French beans, reduce diagonally
- half cup bean sprouts
- 2 spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles:
- Take a big pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp vegetable oil.
- Add the Hakka noodles and cook dinner in line with the package deal instructions till al dente (generally 34 mins).
