Method:

  1. Stuffing :
    • Prepare the stuffing for bread pakora first. Mix boiled potato, green chili, ginger paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin , coriander, and salt.
  2. Make the batter:
    • To make batter, put besan ,salt, turmeric, chili powder, and water in a bowl and whisk together.
  3. Assemble:
    • Take two bread slices, place the potato mixture between them. Press them a little, after the mixture is filled, then cut diagonally into triangles.
  4. Dip & Fry:
    • Coat every filled bread slice within the gram flour batter. Fry until crispy.
  5. Serve:
    • Enjoy it hot it with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
