
Bread Pakora is one of the most loved Indian street food snacks, enjoyed especially in monsoons or cold evenings with a warm cup of chai. Crispy ouside, soft inside, it’s made by dipping bread slices in a spiced gram flour batter and deep-frying them to golden perfection.

- Stuffing :
- Prepare the stuffing for bread pakora first. Mix boiled potato, green chili, ginger paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin , coriander, and salt.
- Make the batter:
- To make batter, put besan ,salt, turmeric, chili powder, and water in a bowl and whisk together.
- Assemble:
- Take two bread slices, place the potato mixture between them. Press them a little, after the mixture is filled, then cut diagonally into triangles.
- Dip & Fry:
- Coat every filled bread slice within the gram flour batter. Fry until crispy.
- Serve:
- Enjoy it hot it with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
