    • Add cooked rice and dal mixture. Mix ,add water if needed for consistency.
  6. Temper:
    • In a small pan, heat ghee, add mustard , cumin, red chilies, and curry leaves. Pour over the rice aggregate.
  7. Serve Hot:
    • Add fried cashews or coriander leaves. Best loved with papad or raita.
