Ingredients:

For the Butter Chicken:

  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into chunk-sized pieces
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tbsp oil or ghee

Instructions:

For marination & cooking of chicken:

  2. Add chicken and marinate for minimum half-hour.
  3.  In a pan take oil and heat it. In heated oil add chicken pieces until it turn golden brown. Now keep it aside.

For making of butter chicken gravy:

  1. Heat a pan on medium flame and now add some butter and onion to cook it.
  2. Melt butter in a heated pan and add onion till it turn golden brown.
  3. In golden onion, add tomato puree, kasuri methi, and salt and cook it until oil separates.
  4. Stir in cream and cooked chicken. Simmer for 5–7 mins till thick and luscious.
  5. Reserve some gravy for the pizza base; use the remaining gravy to coat the chicken.

  1. Heat the oven at 220'C for some time.
  2. Add a thin layer of butter, pizza sauce and chicken gravy on pizza base.
