
Introduction:
This pasta is a take on Indo Chinese dish that offers your pasta a fiery kick. Crispy paneer cubes are stir fried with colorful bell peppers and onions which are tossed in a tangy, highly spiced sauce that’s loaded with garlic, ginger, and chili sauce.
Ingredients:
- Pasta:250g (penne or fusilli)
- Paneer:200g, reduce into cubes
- Cornstarch :1 tbsp (for mild coating)
- Oil:2–3 tbsp
- Onion:1 massive, thinly sliced
- Bell Peppers:1 pink and 1 green, julienned
- Garlic:3 cloves, minced
- Ginger:1inch piece, minced
- Green Chilies:1, finely chopped
- Sauces:
- Chili Garlic Sauce: 1–2 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp
- Vinegar: 1 tsp
- Sugar: A pinch
- Salt:To flavor
- Garnish: Spring onions
Directions:
- Preparing the Paneer:
- Firstly Toss paneer cubes gently in cornstarch. In a heated pan ,heat 1 tbsp. oil, fry the paneer until golden on all aspects.
- Remove and set apart.
- Sauté Aromatics:
- Take another pan, add remaining oil and sauté garlic, ginger, and green chilies .
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers; stir fry all together.
- Making the Sauce:
- Now ,in the same pan put chili sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, and a pinch of sugar to make sauce for the pasta..
- Let the sauce cook for a minute before adding the cooked pasta.
- Combine & Finish:
- Toss in the fried paneer and pasta, mixing thoroughly in order that each bite is nicely coated.
- Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds earlier than serving.
