 Ingredients:

  • Ground coriander: 2 tbps  
  • Ground cumin: 1½ tbps
  • Garlic powder: 1 tbps
  • Ground ginger: 1 tbps
  • Ground cloves: 1 tbps
  • Ground mace: 1 tbps
  • Ground fenugreek: 1 tbps
  • Ground cinnamon: 1 tbps
  • Ground Black Pepper: 1 tbps  
  • Ground cardamom: 1 tbps
  • Ground nutmeg: 1 tbps

 Instructions:

  1. Mix spices together:  
    • Take a pan , add all the spices and roast on slow flame. Stir well until they are completely well roasted. 
  2. Storage:  
    • Transfer the  tandoori masala into an airtight jar. Store the jar in a cool and dark place .
