Ingredients:
- 4 big eggs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 garlic cloves
- Salt and fresh ground black pepper
- Red chilli flakes
- Fresh parsley or coriander

Instructions:
- Boil the eggs:
- Take a saucepan , put the eggs in it and cover them with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Once boiling, simmer the heat and cook for 9-10 minutes. Immediately transfer the egg to the ice bath to stop cooking. Once cooled, peel the eggs gently.
- Prepare garlic butter sauce:
- Now another pan, melt some butter on medium heat. Carefully add minced garlic and red chilli flakes.
- Fry for about 30-45 seconds until garlic is aromatic - be careful not to overdo garlic to prevent any bitterness.
- Coat the boiled eggs:
- Add the peeled eggs to the pan. You can leave them whole or cut them into half.
- Finish and season:
- Add a pinch of salt and black pepper powder over the egg. If desired, drizzle with a small amount of lemon juice to add a tangy taste.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives .
