Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 5 garlic cloves
- 7 green chilies
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
- Add cumin seeds and garlic, cooking until aromatic.
- Stir in roasted peanuts and cook for a few extra minutes.
- Let the mixture cool, then grind coarsely without adding water.
- Add salt and mix properly.
