Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cup (190 g) all-purpose flour (Maida)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup (113 g) unsolved butter, soft
  • 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
  •  1/2 cup (100g) packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cups (60 ml) milk 
  • 1 cup (175 g) chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven up to 350F (180C). Place the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. Set one side.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, blend soft butter, granular sugar and light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract and milk, mixing properly.
  4. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into a wet mixture, stirring until smooth dough. Fold the chocolate chips in it.
  5. Scoop the dough using a spoon or small cookie scoop and place on an baking sheet, about 2 inches distance.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or bake until the rims are golden brown.

 Serve with cold milk or your favorite beverage and enjoy it in the eggless pleasure!
