Ingredients:
- 1.5 cup (190 g) all-purpose flour (Maida)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup (113 g) unsolved butter, soft
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (100g) packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cups (60 ml) milk
- 1 cup (175 g) chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Heat oven up to 350F (180C). Place the baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. Set one side.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend soft butter, granular sugar and light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract and milk, mixing properly.
- Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into a wet mixture, stirring until smooth dough. Fold the chocolate chips in it.
- Scoop the dough using a spoon or small cookie scoop and place on an baking sheet, about 2 inches distance.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or bake until the rims are golden brown.
