
An Indian style pasta made with fusion flavors-Paneer Tikka Pasta. A pasta dish that blend the bold taste of Indian spices and comfort of Italian pasta.
Components:
For Pasta:
- Pasta - 250 grams
- Salt
- Water
For Paneer Tikka :
- 200 gms Paneer
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric/Haldi powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
For Sauce and Vegetables:
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 medium Capsicum
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
- Fresh coriander or mint - for decoration
Instructions:
- Marinating the Paneer :
- To prepare marination, in a bowl add curd, red chilly powder, turmeric, garam masala, lemon juice and salt and mix it well. Now add paneer and mix it well with prepared marination.
- Cooking pasta:
- Take a deep pan, boil pasta in salted water . Drain and put aside.
- Fry Paneer :
- Take pan, heat the oil in the pan over medium heat. Fry marinated Paneer until golden . Remove and set aside.
- Add Veggies :
- Now, in the same pan, add chopped onions and capsicum. Cook for 2-3 minutes .
- Assemble Pasta:
- Now, add tomato sauce , cooked pasta and mix until everything together.
- Decoration and Serving:
- The pasta is ready .Decorate with chopped coriander or mint garnish . Enjoy warm flavors!
