
Tandoori Paneer Momos are Indo-Chinese dumplings with smoky Indian tandoori flavors. Soft momos full of spicy paneer ,marinated in yogurt and tandoori masala, then grilled or baked for a charred, irresistible taste.

- Prepare dough
- Take a bowl, Knead all-purpose flour with water and a pinch of salt . Rest for 20 mins.
- Make stuffing
- Take a pan, heat oil, sauté vegetables and ginger paste,garlic paste. Add paneer, chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder. Cook for 3–4 mins.
- Shape momos
- Shape small circles from the dough, fill stuffing, and make momos.
- Marinade preparation
- Take a bowl, mix dahi, tandoori masala, juice of lime, and oil. Coat momos in marinade and rest .
- Cook momos
- Roast them or bake .
- Serve
- Serve with mint chutney or mayo.
