Tandoori Paneer Momos are Indo-Chinese dumplings with smoky Indian tandoori flavors. Soft momos full of spicy paneer ,marinated in yogurt and tandoori masala, then grilled or baked for a charred, irresistible taste.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare dough
    • Take a bowl, Knead all-purpose flour with water and a pinch of salt . Rest for 20 mins.
  2. Make stuffing
    • Take a pan, heat oil, sauté vegetables and ginger paste,garlic paste. Add paneer, chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder. Cook for 3–4 mins.
  3. Shape momos
    • Shape small circles from the dough, fill stuffing, and make momos.
  4. Marinade preparation
    • Take a bowl, mix dahi, tandoori masala, juice of lime, and oil. Coat momos in marinade and rest .
  5. Cook momos
    • Roast them or bake .
  6. Serve
    • Serve with mint chutney or mayo.
