- Roast spices
- Take a pan, heat it. Put dhaniya, jeera , pepper, bay leaves, and cinnamon and roast on low flame.
- Roast chilies
- Add dry red chilies and roast till crisp.
- Roast onion & garlic
- Take a little oil, roast dried onion slices and garlic cloves until golden .
- Cool & grind
- Allow all roasted ingredients to cool completely, then grind to a powder with salt.
- Store
- Transfer to a box and store in a dry area.
