
Kesar Sewain, Saffron Vermicelli Kheer, is Indian dessert made in Eid, Diwali, and family celebrations. The soft vermicelli simmered in milk, saffron, and decorated with nuts .

Method:
- Roasting vermicelli:
- First take a pan, heat ghee in it. Roast vermicelli until golden color. Set aside.
- Prepare milk :
- Take another heavy bottom pan. Add milk and boil for around 20 minutes.
- Add dates & nuts:
- Add all nuts to the kheer. Cook for some time.
- Flavoring:
- Add elaichi powder and saffron for flavor.
- Combine vermicelli:
- Mix roasted vermicelli into the milk. Cook till gentle and nicely combined.
- Sweeten:
- Now add sugar and stir till sugar is properly mixed.
- Serve:
- Garnish with extra nuts and saffron. Serve heat or chilled.
