Method:

  1. Roasting vermicelli:
    • First take a pan, heat ghee in it. Roast vermicelli until golden color. Set aside.
  2. Prepare milk :
    • Take another heavy bottom pan. Add milk and boil for around 20 minutes.
  3. Add dates & nuts:
    • Add all nuts to the kheer. Cook for some time.
  4. Flavoring:
    • Add elaichi powder and saffron for flavor.
  5. Combine vermicelli:
    • Mix roasted vermicelli into the milk. Cook till gentle and nicely combined.
  6. Sweeten:
    • Now add sugar and stir till sugar is properly mixed.
  7. Serve:
    • Garnish with extra nuts and saffron. Serve heat or chilled.
