    • Take a pan, to heat oil, add cumin. After that add onions and sauté . Add ginger paste and garlic paste and cook for some time.
  2. Add spices
    • Now, add turmeric, chili , coriander , and tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes soften.
  3. Add potatoes
    • Add potato , salt, and a dash of water. Cook for 5–7 minutes on low flame.
  4. Finish sabzi
    • In the end, add garam masala in the sabzi and add finishing touches with coriander leaves as garnish.

Making Poori:

  1. Dough preparation
    • Fist step in making poori is to prepare dough. Mix atta, sooji, salt , add some water and prepare the dough .
  2. Roll puris
    • Make small balls of the dough and roll small puris in round shape . Keep covered.
  3. Fry puris
    • Take a deep pan , heat oil and deep fry puris till golden and puffed.
  4. Serve
