Aloo Sabzi:
- Preparation
- Take a pan, to heat oil, add cumin. After that add onions and sauté . Add ginger paste and garlic paste and cook for some time.
- Add spices
- Now, add turmeric, chili , coriander , and tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes soften.
- Add potatoes
- Add potato , salt, and a dash of water. Cook for 5–7 minutes on low flame.
- Finish sabzi
- In the end, add garam masala in the sabzi and add finishing touches with coriander leaves as garnish.
Making Poori:
- Dough preparation
- Fist step in making poori is to prepare dough. Mix atta, sooji, salt , add some water and prepare the dough .
- Roll puris
- Make small balls of the dough and roll small puris in round shape . Keep covered.
- Fry puris
- Take a deep pan , heat oil and deep fry puris till golden and puffed.
- Serve
- Enjoy hot puris with spicy aloo sabzi.
