Instructions:

  1. Roast spices
    • Take a pan, dry roast coriander, jeera, methi , mustard, pepper, cloves, cinnamon, and elaichi till aromatic.
  2. Add chilies
    • Roast dry red chilies also until crisp.
  3. Cool
    • Allow all roasted spices to chill completely.
  4. Grind
    • Now, add the roasted spices in grinder. Also add turmeric and dry ginger powder into a powder.
  5. Store
    • Transfer to a box and store in a dry area.
