Method:
- In a pan head the oil and add curry leaves and mustard.
- After that add ginger‑garlic paste. Now, add onions and sauté till golden . Add green chilies .
- Now, add tomatoes, turmeric, chili , fish curry masala, and coriander. Now cook until the masala releases oil.
- Add in coconut milk or tamarind pulp and cook on low heat .
- Now add fish , and cook it for 8-10 mins.
- Add garam masala, coriander and salt .
- You can eat it with steamed rice or chapati.
