Introduction:

- 12–15 dried red chilies (soaked in hot water for 15 minutes)
- 8–10 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt
Method:
1. First soak red chillies in hot water .Then, remove water from the soaked chilies and set aside.2. Take a pan, heat oil in it. Add cumin , and let them t splutter.
3. Add garlic and fry until light golden .
4. Take garlic, chilies, lemon juice, and salt and blend everything to make a paste.
5. Add water if wanted.
6. Store in an hermetic jar and refrigerate for as much as per week.
