- First step- Saute aromatics:
- In a heated big pot take little amount of olive oil. Heat the oil and add onions and garlic and make sure it does not turns brown.
- Adding vegetables:
- After the onions turn pink, add chopped tomatoes and carrots. Cook for 5–7 mins until soft.
- Simmer:
- When the tomatoes and carrots are cooked, then add herbs, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook on low flame for 15–20 minutes.
- Blend:
- Cool the mixture, then blend till smooth soup is arrived. Strain for a silky smooth texture .
- Finish:
- Again place the soup on low flame , add some fresh cream, adjust seasoning, and simmer for 2 extra mins.
For Garlic Bread:
- Prepare butter:
- Take garlic, parsley, and pinch of salt in soft butter take and mix it.
- Spread:
- Slather the combination on bread slices. Top with cheese.
- Bake:
- Preheat oven at 180C and toast the bread for attest 8 to 10 min till turns golden brown and crispy.
