Instructions:

For Tomato Soup:

  1. First step- Saute aromatics: 
    • In a heated big pot take little amount of olive oil. Heat the oil and add onions and garlic and make sure it does not turns brown.
  2.  Adding vegetables: 
    • After the onions turn pink, add  chopped tomatoes and carrots. Cook for 5–7 mins until soft.
  3. Simmer:
    • When the tomatoes and carrots are cooked, then add herbs, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook on low flame for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Blend: 
    • Cool the mixture, then blend till smooth soup is arrived. Strain for a silky smooth texture .
  5. Finish: 
    • Again place the soup on low flame , add some fresh  cream, adjust seasoning, and simmer for 2 extra mins.

For Garlic Bread:

  1. Prepare butter: 
    • Take garlic, parsley, and pinch of salt in soft butter take and mix it.
  2. Spread:
    • Slather the combination on bread slices. Top with cheese.
  3. Bake: 
    • Preheat oven at 180C and toast the bread for attest 8 to 10 min till turns golden brown and crispy. 

Serving  Ideas:

Pour the tomato soup in bowls with cream and herbs on top. Plate the garlic bread on the facet for dipping bliss. Enjoy the food with your love ones.
