Introduction:

 Creamy garlic chicken  is perfect for dinner or special nigh to enjoy both comfortable and elegant dish. Sprinkle with rich flavors of roasted garlic and velvet cream, every bite is a celebration of bold aroma and mouthwatering taste.

 Ingredients:

  • Chicken:  
    •  1 kg boneless chicken 
  • Seasonings:  
    •   Salt and pepper, to taste  
    •   1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Cooking fat:  
    •   2 tablespoons olive oil  
    •   1 teaspoon butter (optional, for extra richness)
  • Garlic:  
    •   4-6 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • Sauce ingredients:  
    •   1 cup heavy cream   
    •   1/2 cup chicken broth ( optional)  
    •   1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard  
    •   1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • Garnish:  
    •   Chopped parsley

 Instructions:

  1. Preparing the chicken:  
    • Apply  salt, pepper and Italian seasoning both sides of chicken  with for preparing the chicken,. This initial step creates a balanced taste from the beginning.
  2. Sear the chicken:  
    • First take a large pan and heat the olive oil  over medium-high heat. Once the oil is  hot fry until the chicken until it is golden brown. 
    • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. 
  3. Develop the base of garlic:  
    • Now, in the same skillet add the chopped garlic. Fry for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until it is aromatic .
    •  For an additional explosion of flavor, stir in butter, allows it to melt and mix with garlic.
  4. Make creamy sauce:  
    •  Pour heavy cream in the skillet (and chicken broth if you prefer a lighter sauce).
    •  Add Dijon Mustard and stir well. 
    • Bring the mixture a gentle simmer and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. This boiling process allows the flavors to be beautifully molded.
  5. Include cheese: 
    • Reduce the heat and add in the grated parmesan cheese. 
    • Stir until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce thickens. 
    • Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Finish the chicken:  
    •  Return the chicken to the skillet, nest it in the sauce. 
    • Let the chicken simmer in a creamy garlic mixture for extra 5-7 minutes, soak the sauce and soak it completely cooked.
  7. Serve:  
    • Plate the chicken and pour the creamy garlic sauce  generously.
    •  Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and extra sprinkle of parmesan.
    •  Enjoy with roti, pasta, rice or boiled vegetables for a full meal.

  • Spicy bend: For a little heat, add a pinch of red pepper pieces with garlic.
