Ingredients:
- Chicken:
- 1 kg boneless chicken
- Seasonings:
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Cooking fat:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon butter (optional, for extra richness)
- Garlic:
- 4-6 cloves garlic, finely minced
- Sauce ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth ( optional)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- Garnish:
- Chopped parsley
Instructions:
- Preparing the chicken:
- Apply salt, pepper and Italian seasoning both sides of chicken with for preparing the chicken,. This initial step creates a balanced taste from the beginning.
- Sear the chicken:
- First take a large pan and heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot fry until the chicken until it is golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Develop the base of garlic:
- Now, in the same skillet add the chopped garlic. Fry for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until it is aromatic .
- For an additional explosion of flavor, stir in butter, allows it to melt and mix with garlic.
- Make creamy sauce:
- Pour heavy cream in the skillet (and chicken broth if you prefer a lighter sauce).
- Add Dijon Mustard and stir well.
- Bring the mixture a gentle simmer and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. This boiling process allows the flavors to be beautifully molded.
- Include cheese:
